What if I have a 'Full Backup' but don't have access to WHM or root. Is there still some way to do this via SSH or some other method?

Thanks for the help!

Sure 2 steps is better than 10, but keep in mind how hard it is to move an account without cpanel - copy the database + permissions, copy mail accounts (and probably lose existing mail), copy all files, restore cron jobs, FTP accounts and any other account settings.

complicated cpanel/whm should just have a backup button and restore button (upload/download). SSH and root is the pain for most people. A lot of resellers dont give that access anyway.
